Of course the most common way is to come into the studio for group classes, workshops or individual lessons. But sometimes the studio is far away or you just don’t want to wait. And you don’t have to! Here you can start right away. Your first class with all explications:

If you just follow instructions per video you miss the correction of the teacher. Obviously. Be sensitive and attentive that things feel good, that they feel comfortable. If you have doubts, you can also get help via a Zoom class. Since COVID it showed that it works really well, much better than what we would have thought of before. First class is half price. 🙂
